Summary

This software simplifies the task of maintaining a Web-Site for a Real Estate Agency Business. Its main focus is the task of keeping the web-site up-to-date in line with the listings database. In addition, it produces textual and graphical copy for advertisements and produces shop window display sheets.

For Example

Adding a new property for sale
Adding or replacing a photograph of the property
Changing the price
Updating the status from "for sale" to "under offer" etc.
Modifying the property description
Listing a property under several categories such as price range and suburb
Removing a property from the web-site when it is sold or withdrawn

Downloading
Just Click on the link near the bottom of this page which says "realtywebinst.exe" and save the file to a suitable temporary directory.
It is a self extracting executable file which, when executed, will automatically install the software on to your computer. Once you have got it, execute it by double-clicking on the icon in Windows Explorer.
Then follow the instructions.

Requirements

Needs Windows 95 or later with Microsoft Word 97 or later.

I have tried to make the Help file a readable document in its own right.

Pricing

The Unlicensed Trial version is fully functional except that it can only handle a maximum of five properties. Any data input during the trial period will not be lost once the appropriate fee has been paid and the simple licensing procedure has been done. The licensed version is priced from $890 (Aus) including G.S.T. for a perpetual licence. A monthly or three monthly rental basis can be arranged by negotiation. Assistance with installation and training in excess of an initial half day is charged on an hourly basis. After the first year, system enhancements will charged at a maximum of $100 (Aus).

Contains updated program, samples and help files.
It takes 6 - 7 minutes at 56.6 kbps.
You must have previously installed the full system.
Save it into a temporary directory and double-click on it.
Rename old version and unzip into the same folder.
