Summary
The 16 bit version will not be further enhanced and its functionality is fixed as of mid 1999. For example, the roster planning function is entirely absent. It is offered purely for the rapidly decreasing number of sites still running Win 3.1 .
File Downloads 16 bit
The system is delivered in two files, "install1.zip" and "install2.zip". The larger file "install1.zip" contains the necessary system software for installation and running the program and only needs to be downloaded once. The smaller file "install2.zip" contains the program itself, the help file and several other files specific to this application.  This file may need to be re-installed in the future as the system is further enhanced.
They are both simple .ZIP files which, when unzipped, contain a file setup.exe which, when executed, will automatically install the software on to your computer.
Below is a link to each file. Click on each of the links which say "install1.zip" and "install2.zip" to download them.
Once you have got them, unzip each into separate temporary directories and run the installation program SETUP.EXE. Then follow the instructions.
